Where did I get the plant from:
I got is as a small rotted cutting from Max Schleipfer's nursery in Neusäss Germany 1997. It's a very slow growing form, so I will probably have to wait quite a many years to see the flowers of this one.

Hardiness:
It's not very hardy maybe down to -5C if very dry and grown in an unheated greenhouse.

Short description of the plant:
Plant: caulescent Leaves: green with yellow edge, many teeths and a very sharp spine at the tip of the leaves. Inflorescence: unknown. Scape: unknown. Flowers: unknown. Fruit unknown. Seeds unknown.

Where do I grow the plant:
I grow it a pot inside an unheated greenhouse during the summer, in the winter I move it to a frostfree but still cold location.

Other notes:
This plant is not available anywhere yet, but might be so sometime in the future, as in the beginning of 2010, the first cutting will be send to USA, to be tested if its possible to propagate in tissue culture, a joint venture project with the well know nursery Plant Delights Nursery in North Carolina.
